Can we control what each person can reach?

Yes. Access is role-based and least-privilege: each person only reaches the assistants, knowledge, connections, and actions their role permits. Requests for more route to an admin, not a dead end.

Every prompt, output, and action is recorded in the audit trail — by user, tool, and data source — so “who asked or did what” is always answerable.
