Which plan should we start on?

Most teams start on Growth because it includes room for 10 seats, 20 agents, and 2,500 workflow runs each month. Starter is best for proving the first workspace; Scale is for teams ready to run more agents across the business.

Can we deploy on-premise or keep data in Australia?

Yes. On-shore and on-premise deployment, data residency, and a custom DPA are available on Enterprise, so your data and workloads stay inside your own environment. Connection credentials are always encrypted and every write is recorded for auditability, on every plan.

AI credits

Credits are a usage allowance, not a mystery meter.

The product stores allowance as spend cents and markets it as credits: 1 credit = 1¢. Plans include monthly credits, with caps and alerts so teams do not accidentally run away with usage.
